Gelato, Coffee and Pears

Mio Gelato is one of two gelato stores on NW 23rd. Situated on the corner of NW Kearney with a west exposure it is a haven for many who come to enjoy the sights, sounds and sometimes sun in Northwest Portland. Sitting outside, I noticed through the open window this ray of sunlight crisscrossing pears and heading straight to the drawing of the man with a cup of coffee.

Besaws ~ Sunday Morning Breakfast

Besaws is a local restaurant and attracts crowds like this on the weekend. I've never understood waiting to eat ~ the French Toast can't be that good.

Spots and Tatts on NW 23rd

Strolling on NW 23rd last night here in Portland Oregon we ended up sitting and having a sorbetto on NW Kearny. What fun watching this woman with her decked out hair style and tattoos.

Fremont Bridge

Portland has ten bridges that cross the Willamette River. The Fremont Bridge is a steel tied arch bridge. Here's a view of it looking from the south to the north.
